Vetting Criteria
What Every Partner Must Meet
We are selective by design. Every pharmacy in our network must satisfy all of the following criteria before dispensing a single compound to a PeptideConnect patient — and must maintain them to remain in the network.
PCAB Accreditation
Active accreditation from the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board — the gold standard for compounding quality assurance.
503A or 503B FDA Registration
Registered with the FDA under the applicable compounding pathway. 503B outsourcing facilities meet the highest federal standards for sterile compounding.
Third-Party COA Testing
Independent laboratory verification of potency, sterility, endotoxin levels, and purity for every batch — not just periodic audits.
Nationwide State Licensure
Licensed to compound and ship in all states where PeptideConnect patients are served. No gray-area interstate shipping.
Cold-Chain Logistics
Temperature-controlled packaging and shipping protocols for all peptides requiring refrigeration, with chain-of-custody documentation.
Annual Re-Vetting
Pharmacy partners are formally re-evaluated every 12 months. Any lapse in accreditation or compliance results in immediate suspension from the network.

From Prescription to Your Door
Provider Issues Prescription
Your licensed PeptideConnect provider evaluates your intake, determines clinical appropriateness, and issues a prescription to a network pharmacy.
Pharmacy Compounds & Tests
The compounding pharmacy prepares your medication under sterile conditions and submits each batch for independent COA testing before release.
Cold-Chain Shipment
Your order ships in temperature-controlled packaging with tracking. Peptides requiring refrigeration are packed with validated cold-chain materials.
COA Included in Every Order
Your Certificate of Analysis ships with your order — or is available digitally — so you can verify the purity and potency of exactly what you received.
Quality Assurance
What a COA Covers
Every batch dispensed through the PeptideConnect network is independently tested. Your Certificate of Analysis documents each of the following:
Potency / Concentration
Confirms the active peptide is present at the labeled concentration within acceptable variance.
Sterility Testing
Verifies the compound is free from microbial contamination — critical for injectable peptides.
Endotoxin / Pyrogen Testing
Ensures the product is free from bacterial endotoxins that could cause adverse reactions.
Appearance & pH
Visual inspection and pH verification confirm the compound meets expected physical characteristics.
Identity Confirmation
Analytical testing confirms the compound is the stated peptide — not a substitute or contaminant.
Residual Solvents
Screens for residual solvents from the compounding process to ensure they fall within safe limits.
A Note on Our Role
PeptideConnect does not manufacture, compound, or dispense medications. We are a clinical network that connects patients with licensed providers and accredited compounding pharmacies. All prescribing decisions are made solely by licensed physicians based on individual clinical evaluation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved but are prepared by FDA-registered facilities.
